Episode 1: Prayer

In this week’s episode, we discuss a new format for equipping small group leaders and then consider 3 modes of prayer as a way of cultivating us into Spirit-filled and Spirit-led leaders.

Episode 2: Hospitality/Home

In this week’s episode, we discuss the importance of hospitality and cultivating home with God and God’s people through our small groups inside and outside group meetings.

Episode 3: Vulnerability

In this week’s episode, we discuss vulnerability which Brené Brown defines as “having the courage to show up and be seen when you have no control over the outcome”. We look at both the power of modeling vulnerability and the gift of learning how to receive the vulnerability of others.

Episode 4: Flexibility/Facilitation

In this week’s episode, we discuss what it looks like to have a posture of flexibility and vulnerability when you lead small groups… a readiness for God to break into and disrupt our plans and routines for His purposes. And then lastly, we will look at some quick tips of facilitating group conversations.
