The holidays can be beautiful—but when someone you love is missing, they can also be deeply painful. Traditions, familiar songs, gatherings, and memories can bring both comfort and sorrow. If you are grieving, please know you are not alone. You don’t have to navigate this season by yourself.
Join us for Surviving the Holidays, a caring small-group gathering where we’ll explore healthy ways to navigate grief, care for yourself, and honor the memory of your loved one during the holiday season.
SATURDAY, November 7th from 9:30-11:00am
RRCOC Church foyer
Light refreshments & No Cost to Participate
Whether this is your first holiday without your loved one or you’ve been carrying this loss for years, you are welcome here. Come as you are. We would be honored to walk alongside you.
If you have questions, email Ken Dillman, one of our Surviving the Holidays facilitators.
